The No Rubbernecking Pledge

I, of with the knowledge that gazing at traffic incidences is causing delay for me and my fellow travelers, commit to drive past incidences without looking. I will not slow down to look, stop to look or look back after passing the incident.

I understand that by continuing on past an incident without delay, I am aiding in the flow of traffic, and if enough people take this pledge, traffic congestion will be eased.

I understand that if I am the first car to encounter the scene and can offer assistance, or witness the accident and can provide an account for the authorities, this pledge does not apply.
